You will find a "Signup" link on the top menu from where you can register yourself as a Student. Once you have successfully registered with us, you will receive a Welcome mail. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or simply wait for sometime to receive it.

You can visit the "Offers" link on the top menu or register with us thru "Signup" link. Once you have successfully registered with us, you need to Log in to your Account and on the left hand side you will find "Upgrade Plan" link in which there would be 3 options - Silver, Gold and Platinum in which different discount options on courses would be available for a period of 12 months. Hence, please choose your Premium Plan accordingly. Once upgraded, you will be able to see it under "Upgrade Invoice" link in your Account itself.

Online Payment is the easiest way to make payments. While checking out your order from the Cart page, you will be redirected to Instamojo payment gateway page. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful payment, a payment advice or Invoice will be automatically generated for your order which will be mailed to you and can also be accessed in your Order History under "Course Invoice" link.in your Account. The course price includes payment gateway charges of 3% + INR 3/- hence in case of any service issue, we will not be able to refundat this payment gateway fee.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards as well as Netbanking/Fund Transfer requests including BHIM/UPI/Paytm/PhonePe & Wallet payments through our Payment Gateway partner Instamojo which are highly safe & reliable gateways. Kindly note our payment gateway charges are 3% + INR 3/- for every transaction which is included in the Course Price itself. 

Once you made a transaction and if your Account or Card is debited but you have not got a Success page it means that the transaction has failed. Not to worry, the transaction amount less payment gateway fee will be directly credited into your bank account with 5-7 working days as per your Banks policies

Once you have purchased a course, then you can automatically start a Chat with that particular Teacher from your Account. Once the Teacher recieves your query, she will respond to your query in the shortest possible time and make sure that its understood by you. Kindly note if we find out that your query is irrelevant queries or spam, the teacher as well as us may Block your Account indefinitely.

Once you have purchased any course, you have to visit "Take Exams" link in your account where all Exams of your courses would be listed. You can then take up any exam and Get Certified. Every exam is 10 minutes and on successful completion of exam, if you have scored more than 50% marks then you will Pass that exam and receive your Certificate on mail. The same will be available under the "My Certificates" link in your Account

Yes, you can easily gift a Course to someone on special occassions or their Birthdays/Anniversaries etc. Here, you will be paying on their behalf hence you will receive your invoice on mail and you can also access the same under "Gift Invoice" link in your Account whereas the person who received your gifted course can access to this course from their account or via their email by entering the login credentials mentioned in their mail.

Depending on the Offers available from time to time, you can receive attractive Cashbacks as well as view them under "Wallet" link in your Account. You can use these cashbacks to buy more courses.

You can also use Coupons generated online via an affiliate or referral to buy courses and recieve extra discounts on courses which can further be viewed under "Coupon" link in your Account
